Products & Content

We strive to display the colors and details of our calligraphy art as accurately as possible. However, as many of our products are handcrafted or made from natural materials (such as wood), slight variations in grain, texture, and color may occur. These are not defects but rather characteristics of the material.

Custom Orders

For custom calligraphy projects, the customer is responsible for providing accurate spelling and details. Once a design draft is approved by the customer, we are not responsible for any errors found after production has commenced.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Due to the custom nature of our business (e.g., artwork featuring specific names or custom verses), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. All sales for custom items are final.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.

• Reporting Period: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
• Proof of Damage: Please provide clear photos of the damaged item AND the packaging (box/bubble wrap) to facilitate our claim with the courier service.
• Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a repair depending on the severity of the damage.

Processing Time

• Ready Stock: Dispatched within 1-3 business days.
• Custom Orders: Please allow 7–14 working days (or as stated in the product description) for production before shipping, as each piece is meticulously crafted.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Domestic delivery (Malaysia) usually takes 3-7 business days after postage.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging your art. We use high-quality protective materials (bubble wrap, corner protectors, and sturdy boxes/frames) to ensure your calligraphy arrives safely.
