At Jiham Creatives Sdn. Bhd., we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

Collection of Personal Data

We may collect personal data such as your name, contact details (email, phone number), delivery address, and payment information when you transact with us. This data is collected solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders and improving our services.

Disclosure to Third Parties

Your personal information is kept confidential. However, we may disclose your data to trusted third-party service providers solely for operational purposes, including:

• Logistics partners (e.g., J&T, Pos Laju) to deliver your items.
• Payment gateway providers (e.g., ToyyibPay, Billplz) to process payments.

We do not sell or trade your data to external marketers.

Data Security

We implement appropriate administrative and security safeguards to ensure your data is secure from unauthorized access or loss.

1. Artistic License & Product Variations

Our products are handcrafted. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• Wood Grain: Natural wood products may have varying grains, knots, and textures. These are natural characteristics, not defects.
• Handwriting: As our calligraphy is hand-written or hand-designed, slight variations in strokes or layout compared to digital mockups may occur. We reserve the right to artistic interpretation in the final output.

2. Intellectual Property (Copyright)

All designs, artwork, and content produced by Jiham Creatives Sdn. Bhd. remain the intellectual property of the company. Purchasing a physical piece does not grant you the right to reproduce, scan, digitize, or resell the design for commercial purposes without our written consent.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Jiham Creatives Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall be limited to the purchase price of the product paid by you.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Damaged in Transit

We insure our parcels. If your item arrives broken:

1. Do NOT throw away the box or bubble wrap.
2. Take clear photos of the damage and the external packaging.
3. WhatsApp/Email us within 48 hours of receipt.

Failure to report within 48 hours may result in your claim being rejected by the courier service, in which case we may not be able to offer a full replacement.

Customer Errors

We are not responsible for typos or spelling errors in custom orders if the text was produced exactly as submitted by the customer in the order form. Please check your spelling carefully before paying.

Production vs. Shipping Time

• Production Time: 7-14 working days (This is the time we take to make your art).
• Delivery Time: 3-7 working days (Time taken by courier to send to your house).

Force Majeure (Events Beyond Control)

Jiham Creatives is not liable for delays in delivery caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters (floods), courier strikes, or public holidays.

Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to being unclaimed or an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer shall bear the cost of re-shipping the item.
